Stepping Stone Farm

 

Stepping Stone Farm is an owner occupied and managed full service hunter/jumper facility in Warren County, NJ.  Located a little more than an hour away from NYC, we are surrounded by some of the most scenic terrain in NJ, offering rolling hills, lakes and beautiful vistas.

Our 52 acre horse farm is a full service facility and offers year round riding lessons, training, boarding, and sales/leases of hunter, jumper and equitation horses.  Our clients have access to both our outdoor riding arena with all weather footing and an 80' x 200' lighted indoor arena.   For our horses, there are several large grass pastures for group or individual turn-out.  We also have smaller paddocks available for limited turn-out or lay-ups. There are 2 barns on the property with horse and pony stalls that are sized from 10 x 10 to 12 x 14. 

 For those clients who wish to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, the property is adjacent to miles of trails.


Anne Marie Compagnone

Anne Marie Compagnone, the owner and manager of Stepping Stone Farm brings many years of experience as a professional rider and trainer.  

 

As a junior rider Anne Marie worked with many well known professionals including; Michael Hennigan,  Gary Zook, and Lisa O'Neill moving through the equitation divisions, which earned her a gold medal from the New Jersey Chapter of the Professional Horseman's Association of America.  Anne Marie was also invited by the USET to participate in their junior talent derby.

 

 

She has trained and shown extensively in the Equitation and Hunters as a junior rider and competed successfully as a professional in the jumpers.  As an adult rider, she has schooled and shown young horses in the hunters and jumpers divisions.

Professionally, she has worked with George Morris as well as many other top professional riders. 

 

 

Anne Marie works with riders at all levels of experience from beginner to advanced.  Her students compete in equitation, hunters and jumpers.  They have qualified for many finals and led the zone in points in their divisions.
